I offer a variety of motivational programmes for people of all ages and levels of fitness.Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, improve flexibility or enhance your existing training - I will help you to achieve your goals,and have fun too!

You will also be given a computerised heart rate print-out for each of your workouts in order to monitor your progress and performance. I also offer body composition analysis (body fat), lung function and blood pressure assessments
on a regular basis.

Before deciding whether to go ahead, I offer a free consultation to discuss your personal health and fitness goals. This is based around a questionnaire I will send you in advance, and  provides an opportunity for us to meet and agree a suitable  programme to work to.

Fees

Individual session £45.00 - £50.00 per session dependant on location (Payable in blocks of 5 sessions)

Joint session (You plus partner/friend) £60.00 per session
