I offer a variety
of motivational programmes for people of all
ages and levels of fitness.Whether you want
to lose weight, tone up, improve flexibility
or enhance your existing training - I will
help you to achieve your goals,and have fun
too!
You will also
be given a computerised heart rate print-out
for each of your workouts in order to monitor
your progress and performance. I also offer
body composition analysis (body fat), lung
function and blood pressure assessments
on a regular basis.
