Personal training has out weighed and superseded any membership to a gym.  I reviewed a few personal trainers before choosing David and he has been an exercise life line to me for the past year.  I have always enjoyed exercise and the benefits from it, but I lost my way a couple of years ago.  I lacked enthusiasm and energy and found it difficult to get started again.  David listened to my needs and has guided me through an adventure of exercise which has been structured, yet an immense amount of fun.  No two weeks have been the same and whilst using the local surroundings of parks and playing fields, we have also utilised a basketball court which has reignited a passion that I used to have for netball.  I have since joined a local team and I now play regularly.  Even through a few health problems David has come up with innovative ways of training and when my spirits have been low his positive praise and encouragement has spurred me on.  I look forward to my sessions and I am currently on a mission to lose 2 stone of which I have successfully lost one.  I have recently completed a mini Duathlon and I now aim to improve my time and increase my distance, so whatever your goals are give him a go and ‘BOOST’ your fitness!!

Before we met Boosty, we were flabby and running for a bus was dangerous! Something had to be done. The gym was dull and expensive. Fortunately we found David, started weekly sessions sometimes on Saturdays, or evenings during the week. Five years later we are fitter and healthier and still very much enjoy our sessions.

Boosty is great at mixing it up– boxing, sprinting, rugby, football, cycling, sprinting, cricket, skipping, jogging, relaxation, stretching, log lifting to name a few. You never get bored and because you know he’s waiting for you in the park you have to get off your bum and go meet him which ensures you do the exercise compared to normal gym membership.

He inspired us to do a walking holiday (up mountains!) which we wouldn’t have done in life before Boosty. And last but not least he has a great sense of humour which is very helpful when it comes to those stomach crunches!

As a busy lawyer working for a City law firm, I always found an excuse not to take regular exercise despite knowing that I really ought to. Signing up with David changed all that. He provided the discipline and structure I needed to get fit and stay fit. Our arrangement began over four years ago but what impressed me about David was that he was always introducing new routines and new exercises into our sessions so that they were never allowed to become dull or repetitive. More recently, having been involved in an accident in which I sustained head and brain injuries, David has been helping me regain my strength and stamina and has developed a plan to help with my balance and coordination skills. His many years of experience have enabled him to assess the situation and modify my usual fitness programme to one more suitable to my current state of health and I have every confidence that with his help I will be able to achieve a good recovery from my accident and a much improved level of fitness.

David was recommended to me by a friend and I began training with David 18 months before my wedding to get into shape and help with motivation. After I got married I decided to carry on training with David as the sessions are fun and enjoyable as well as offering the variety of excercise that I wouldn't even think about if I were training on my own or in the gym.

My aim was to keep in shape and to tone up, I feel that I have achieved this and have had comments from friends and family that I even look like I have lost weight, which of course makes me feel fantastic as well.

David has a wealth of experience and trains people of all ages, he is the type of person who can tailor his methods to the level of fitness required. He always turns up with a smile on his face even at 6am in the morning!
