I have been responsible for setting up a 'Personal Training Programme' at the Pavilion Health and Fitness Club in East
Molesey, Surrey . This included all aspects of programming, staffing, marketing, and training.

I have given a number of lectures at schools concerning aspects of training, weight management and obesity issues. I also conduct fitness testing and compile reports for students carrying out A level Sports Studies, BTEC and HND courses (Leisure Management, Sports Development and Coaching Theory).
I am currently working alongside 'Back To Health', a leading specialist chiropractic care centre with over 12 clinics nationwide. I have been advising and working with patients at their Richmond clinic.
