of well being and confidence as well as
helping you to look great!
My sports
consultancy offers advice to
fitness clubs and the corporate sector
as well as health care specialists, schools
and colleges. I also travel regularly
to northern Uganda in my capacity as trustee
of a local charity in Kingston upon Thames.
I advise on sports development initiatives
as a means to help rebuild communities
affected by years of civil war.

Due to the
expansion of my business in recent years,
I am very pleased to introduce an exciting
new personal trainer, Iryna Zvozdetska,
who will also be taking on clients and
working with me to develop ‘David
Boost Personal Training’.

Originally from the Ukraine,
and based now in Kingston upon Thames,
Iryna studied an extensive 5 year degree
programme in English and Physical Training.
She has also worked as a professional
dancer, and has a wealth of fitness knowledge
and expertise to bring to personal training.
